I think it’s important to not stay complacent. 

Every few months you MUST keep interviewing. Regardless of whether you will actually take the job or not. Go out there and understand what your worth is and what level companies are ready to offer to you. 

I know so many people who constantly keep switching.

- A well named startup or company at slightly lower pay?

- A high payed salary from the startup or a company that no one ever heared of...

Example:
Currently I am making 12 LPA as a marketer.
But I am worried about my future as I am finding it tougher to get hired for salary anything above than this. 

How about working at a fancy startup? (meesho, sugar, CRED, etc.) at a lower pay like 10 LPA - will it secure my future? As people prefer to hire ex-employee from these fancy startups. 

Or should I be searching for a 15 LPA or 20 LPA job but from a company or startup that no one ever heard about, adding no value to my CV while working there

How can I switch from being a Digital Marketer to a Product Marketer?

(I have done the craziest things as a Digital Marketer and have crazy results to show as proof of work)

I've 5 years of experience working as a content strategist in Advertising Agencies. I've worked on multiple marketing campaigns for 25+ brands. However, I now want to transition to a full time marketing role with a blend of analytics and creativity without opting for an MBA. 
Here are some of the skills I plan on getting certifications in to land a role:

Project Management 
Media Planning 
I already have a strong background in copywriting, design, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

I am the first Marketing member to join this startup. CEO wants hypergrowth without paid marketing. He has termed this as “Growth Hacking”.

Product is not launched yet, no full time employees, no marketing budget, operating in a space which is yet to be proven and he wants me to crack “word of mouth marketing”. For job roles, I'm excited about there's work ex needed but one seems to be giving me the job, how will I get work ex? I have sent LinkedIn DMs, cold emails and what not but still nothing. I am getting rejected or worst no revert.
