Hi . I'm having 7 yoe as RPA Developer. Last year, I have decided to move out of RPA and to become a Software Engineer (Backend) and learning DSA, Java, Design Patterns, Building small projects etc., (I've enrolled with an upskilling platform) and it's going good. 

Eventhough I have followed similar SDL cycle for developing and maintaining RPA solutions. I don't have proper SD experience. 

With this background,  
Can I get a good paying SDE job in current market scenario? 

What is the expectations now ? 

Please advise and share your thoughts.

Systems Engineer

Hey I am a senior software engineer at a product based company. 4 yoe with base: 36 lpa and have 10 lac of rsu yet to vest in 1 year.
It’s been 3 years in working in this company remotely, i had fun, loved work and this team and all. 
Though i feel like life is monotonous working from now , should I switch now ? 
I tried everything engaging myself in multiple activities in bangalore but its boring somehow.

I am thinking to try for europe companies this can take 6 months of preparation or maybe switch some hybrid company in bangalore? 
What should i do ? 

If considering a switch in bangalore, what should i aim for ? 

Any help suggestions would he appreciated.

I'm an associate product developer with over 3 years of experience. I previously worked with Java, Spring Boot, and Docker but left due to a poor work culture. For the past 2 years, I've been with my current organization, but the technology stack here is outdated, and I was misled about working on Java. I don't see growth opportunities and feel disconnected from modern technologies. 

How can I prepare to switch to roles involving Java and Spring Boot?

Hello,
Have anyone done a transition from one technology to another technology. I am currently in RPA domain and it’s seems it doesn’t have potential for a good package (Above 30LPA) due to which I am planning to shift to azure data engineering role. Could you please help me out with the learning tutorials url and challenges in this roles. Work exp. 9 years

Got an offer from a Real Money Gaming company for role of SDE Fullstack (Fresher),  they are paying pretty great!
Base : 18
Retention : 2
Annual Bonus : 2
ESOP : 10
Relocation : 15 days fooding and lodging

Not sure about the exact tech stack

Currently have another offer of 14 as Base + 2 as relocation for a Mumbai based startup (no ESOP as of now).

Currently working with food delivery giant (loving the tech here but pay wise its very little : 8)

Ps : Currently remote job is not a gamechanger for me.

Which firm should I join. Want to learn and grow as a developer, scale do excites me.

Currently RPA Blueprism developer with overall 10 years in IT and 4 years in RPA.what should I learn next to advance my career or look for a remote job.

Should I go with RPA and devops or any others you might think of.

I’m currently interning and working at a fintech company in Bangalore, where I primarily work with React and Node.js. I also do some freelancing in UI/UX design.

At the moment, I’m learning Next.js and exploring DevOps.

I’m considering a job change and would like to know if it’s feasible in the current market conditions. If so, could you suggest some companies where I might apply? Currently, my compensation includes a fixed salary of 8 LPA and a 3 LPA bonus distributed over 3 years.

Have three years of experience in angular front and development but I'm really confused I'm not able to get interviews for angular and I see more react jobs in Market.

Should I learn react and switch into it?
Please advice am really stuck and overthinking on this.
