Need Career Advise

Please let me know I am working as SAP SD Consultant from past 2.6yrs now I am thinking to change my career track to SDE roles. Will it be good decision in terms of pay & perks as I don't see much growth in my SAP profile. Waiting for your genuine responses Thanks in advance.

I'm working as an RPA developer ( Power Automate, power apps, PAD) for a year now. I don't see much growth here. Also, money is also not so great. I'm planning to switch to a different tech stack, but I am now confused about which path to follow. Dsa, Java, js . Or start with Python and data engineering. Parallel applying for jobs but not getting replies from anywhere. Total work exp : 11.5 months

Hey everyone, I am just trying to understand the market right now..I have 7.5 years of experience and have been a senior consultant for a year or 2 now. Worked on RPA and other intelligent automation with career start as a Java associate developer. I have an in hand of 17lpa. What can I expect if I switch. I have been slowly moving towards ML and Gen AI. As I don't feel RPA will be there in some years. As gen ai is gonna take over everything. What do you guys suggest? Is it right time to switch?

I'm learning DSA from striver almost completed his sheet with over 400+ questions,I have three years of non SDE experience(I'm a Policy Developer using a tool called Duckcreek) and am looking for SDE Jobs , Since I don't have relevant experience what all skills should I learn and add to my resume to apply for SDE Jobs.. So i have been searching for a job ,2023 grad ,curr working as cloud operations engineer. 10 months into it , i knw people will ask why jump so soon ? So it’s definitely not about money , from the college I wanted learn and develop things but here i am not able to do because it’s a operation role . Looking a change and grow my skills in development field , grow my self and my skills and be a bit happy that yes i am learning and doing something that contributes. Skills : C++, java , linux , a bit of backend development, ML & Data analyst Current salary : 8 lpa base I am looking for Some sde type role , compensation can be between 9-15 lpa So GV community please drop such companies name where i can expland and grow my skills.

I have done little dsa and have knowledge of java core. Is RPA - Robotic process automation good for me ? What is the future of RPA ? what are the options after becoming RPA developer, can we switch to backend developer or something else? Please someone Guide me regarding this 🙏

Hi All, I have 6 YOE. Initial 2.5 years I worked as Backend developer in Python, Django, AWS and Little bit JS. After that all of my experience is in Data Engineering mostly in GCP (have few certifications as well.) Currently I am working at Walmart. Most of the work I do in Data side is adhoc and projects are also not upto the expectations lot of manual work is also there. I am not really enjoying my career as data engineer. Pay is good. I am thinking to move back to Software Engineering, 1. is it a good idea for long term? 2. What skill should I focus on if I have to move back? 3. Is it just the projects that I am working on making data engineer look less interesting to work ?
