Is anyone using GenAI for customer chat support?

I see Zomato using GPT4-0 with Microsoft integration. Are there some other options that you guys have explored? 

Typically human support agents follow an SOP/ rule set to respond to chat queries. Seems like a true possibility that AI can simply do this job.

I have 7 years of experience. The product itself got acquired for 5 figures USD after I ran it for 2 months

How to find seed stage startups?

Take a free subscription of crunchbase. Find startups funded in the last 2 years by good funds and cancel subscription. The founders are generally easy to cold call

Personally I hate chatbots. One more incident today. I had to explain about an issue 4 times from the start. Because every time the bot couldn't understand the issue and was closing the query. 
How do the companies measure the success of these chatbots. Certain that the success rate is quite low. Barring only the cost issue I don't think chatbots really helps the company, also to the customer. 
I will prefer a brand i can talk to on a call(please not a robocall) and just the end issue at the first moment. Service companies should definitely look into the customer satisfaction index.

Which are the most exciting teams to join in India for the applied ML work? 

Not looking for the mushroom-like startups which have randomly appeared after the LLM hypecycle or FAANG/MAANG, but well established teams having well defined processes around data, experimentation, deployment at scale, good software engineering practices, a tinge of research + most importantly - having some actual impactful ML use-cases where ML is not a good-to-have but a must-have thing (unlike automating the customer support tickets or building a chatbot - no hard feelings for folks working on those though ☺️).

Looking for teams related to sectors like e-commerce, ad-tech, healthcare, fin-tech etc. The team can also be an offshore counterpart of any Fortune 500 giant.

It's pretty small and inconspicuous, but if I save even one person from joining this organisation, I will consider it worth it. Based on first hand accounts from 3 very reliable sources who are confirmed employees.

A very basic chatbot platform, being marketed as a Gen AI first product. They don't even have basic NLP and claim to be Gen AI. 

The founder & ceo is completely directionless. This is his side hustle, but while interviewing new hires he claims that he is the full time CEO (this is not true, he is barely available and always busy in his main business which is a car dealership) 

The co-founder is an IIT-grad, and due to the Founder's absence is basically running the show though he has zero business acumen. He constantly bitches about the founder to senior employees.

Of course, with such a toxic back story, it is hell to work here. No unity in the team, lot of back biting and bitching, public humiliation on WhatsApp groups, constant blame game. Basically, a shitshow. 

Do not, do not, do not join this place. Avoid it like the plague.

1. Google Trends Newsletter - Giving weekly or monthly newsletter on trending topics according to the categories by scrapping data from google trends because there is no API available. I've seen some micro saas around this earning.
2. LLM aggregator - Aggregator means I am creating a single API for the most of the LLMs avaialble in the market and you have to just change the parameter instead of handling all by yourself. We will take care of versions and everything hassles.
3. Synthetic Data generator with the format provided through AI
