Ask them
1/ how long will the project last? If it’s 2/3 mos more then you put in the hours and get done with it 
2/ if it’s on higher side, ask them can you reduce the hours, so that you can find some other projects. If the manger has few more projects then and if it looks interesting then definitely ask them to consider you for that. 
3/ if not, then start talking to other project leaders, and if you find something exciting then start aligning managers to give you a smooth transition. Best time to do it will be at the beginning of financial year. In ey’s case it would be now?

actually it is a long project which is going to go till next year. for ey july is end of the fiscal year

I am newly allocated to a project and it's just 2 weeks happened.There is too much pressure expectations are high than my experience and also i did not like the way they treat the people and the language they are using against me.l want to release from the project..Is there will be any impact for getting into another projects If I ask for release from the project.Need suggestions

Need guidance from fellow experienced folks or who have done this before. What are the proper reasons to ask for a release.

My reasons:
- work is too hectic and repetitive and no growth technically (mostly support and maintenance once in a blue moon some dev sort of work).

- Client is mismanaged they dont know what work is important and come with multiple deadlines even before prod day.

- No proper KT is given when assigning a new task.

- In the name of agile its kanban board and not jira (given a sprint task to be finished in a day or two and new tickets pulled in between).

- Manager swaps ticket often in between sprint.

- Manager is mostly away even on standups or client calls so we manage faking they worked and we manage in behind scenes.

- Due to too many upcoming requests in tight deadlines from last 3 months wlb is miserable and have worked two weeks without an off once and night shift charges given is 220 only per day.

Now I need your all guidance on what can be a better approach or how to improvise

My manager called me in the meeting and said that from now onwards all 7 days are working because we are behind tasks.
( These tasks are irrelevant to me as these are not related to any customer development, he just wants to see how the data adds up )
Honestly I think it was the diwali week where people took things lightly and not that we are behind deadlines.
He asked me to be available 24x7 this Friday to Sunday but I had already planned the weekend off with family and pre intimated this 10 days in advance.
Now I'm getting calls that 'x' task was not done and 'y' customer is complaining etc. ( which is not the case )
On this break, I've finally made up my mind to quit.
The mental pressure is not worth it.
WHAT is a good way to put it across to the leadership??

Lately it's been really hard trying to cope up with derogatory comments and people trying to pull you down.

I build/refactored some of our codebase and things go south in terms of performance at few places. 
I realised the mistake and fixed the performance bottlenecks that happened because of me in least time possible. 

But people still look down on me on and manager keeps passing hurtful comments about the incident every now and then.

Moreover there's worse happening fellow people start blaming you for the performance of code you haven't even touched. You are just utilizing some function in your codebase written by some other person.

I don't know how to handle all this and what should I do to avoid this? 
Mistakes happen, bugs go on prod, things can break but as far as once everything stabilise, we should move on.

People are being forced to work on weekends in the name of "escalations". And instead of it being a request, it is an indirect threat. We are just mere freshers and do not know how to deal with this. How do we navigate this?

I work for a start up and am currently on maternity leave. I am supposed to resume my work from the 2nd week of may. And My husband has to move to a different country for work. He is moving early next month.

So I will have to take care of some of his responsibilities here, while he is away from home. Having a 6 month old baby and my father in law to take care of as well. I have decided to take a break from my career and sort things out. Once my husband settles down, we will move there and then I'll start looking out for opportunities.

Now the question is, since I'm resigning during maternity leave and the project has no dependency on me. Can the manager or HR ask me to serve the notice?? Or will I be given an immediate release?

Manager is incompetent, doesn't like disagreemets. If you disagree with him, then he goes to length to make your life diffult. Already seen few examples in the team. 

There are red flag all over the place. I'm not sure how upper management is not able to catch him. He does the politics, favoritism, etc...

How to Deal with Toxic Manager

In my company I am handling a complex project single handedly for last 2 years. My manager promised me promotion and good rating this cycle, but as it has come, nor was I given promotion nor good rating. 

I was really upset and told that to manager. manager tried to explain me that he really fought very hard and he had nothing else to do. 

Now he is literally asking me everyday for kt on the project I have been handling and asking me to take session for  other teammates on the project so that they can also help me if needed. 

I am smelling something fishy here. What do you think I should do ??

He is afraid that you know too much and if you leave he is f’d. So he is trying to reduce the dependency basically. 
  
 Old managerial tricks.

So, my boss is an absolutely lovely person, and is the best boss I've had so far. Not to brag, but I'm also the best performer in my team, by a mile. So, while I do get my pats on the back, I'm also rewarded with more and more work. I love, atleast so far, what I do, so I didn't mind taking up more work, because I learnt a lot in the process too, and it helped my hone my craft better.

Cut to now, I'm losing interest in work. Don't feel like taking up any new work, no matter how exciting the brief, or how great its potential.

I feel like I'm burnt out. And majorly demotivated.

What makes it worse is seeing this other member in my team chill the absolute fk out. He's hardly even given any important projects because of what a waste resource he is.

I've also just been promoted. So, I'm not sure if I should share what's on my mind with my boss.

My mind says I shouldn't, but my heart says it should be fine.

What should I do about:
1. Telling or not telling my boss what I'm going through (because I'm scared if it'll come back to bite my later)
2. Me feeling extremely burnt out and demotivated.

No, please dont in my opinion. Are you not taking leave’s? Please take leaves. 
  
 It might be contradictory on what i said but when it comes to bosses, it better not to talk about burning out and demotivated etc.
