Design hiring process

Hi guys(Mainly HRs), Recently I applied to one SaaS company for the position-Solution Engineer/Implementation engineer, I had 2 rounds and was done with both the rounds. As I was expecting results, I got this mail from the previous round interviewer saying ( See the below/above image). It sounded very odd and strange to me and frustrating to hear this, I acknowledged it and mailed the interviewer and HR asking to give any constructive feedback if there were any; Until now they haven't responded back. I feel better now but obviously very disappointed with such a reply, can any one of u from startups/ HRs from start-up Please clarify - Is this the way Start-up rejects candidates or I got unlucky in this situation? Please help friends.

I went through 5 rounds of interview for leading agritech unicorn. Even went to their office for the final rounds. For some reason i got rejected. Is there a formal way to get feedback from the panelists or hr. Already asked hr for any type of feedback but no response. I feel like the HR in India dont value the candidates time and effort. Apologies if i sound like ranting but strongly feel that we need to improve our ethics value of organization.

Rumor mill is fired up since a week and all meetings with senior leadership this week have been removed from calendars without any notice! Also noticed that several leaders are WFH today. Guessing that is to avoid nervous conversations and to engage in private meetings over phone calls to decide which heads they are going to chop off. The 🔔are going off! Prepare yourselves!

I don't understand the need for HRs to postpone interview feedback for 2 weeks? And once you are reconnected they'll say that sorry I was on leave... Once I join back I'll update you. This can't be a coincidence it's happened atleast 2. HRs you'll have anything to say?

I cleared all 6 rounds of a PM interview with an Edtech startup. The HR asked for current offer letter, 2 references (current and previous manager), and a couple of other docs. Then ghosted me for 2 weeks. When I followed up, the HR said they are in-process of interviewing other candidates Is it normal to do this now a days? I understand the company wants to interview more people. But then why ask for any details from me till you are sure that you are going to give an offer

Just a random discussion- is HR being too friendly in a rejection mail a sign of soft stand towards candidate? I know usually HRs are not bothered to let candidates know of their unsuccessful candidature, but this HR of the company i interviewed today was way too friendly. just becoz of this i asked for feedback, boyyy she sent me a detailed mail and even mentioned let her know if i have any further questions 🙏🏻🫣 should i tell just hire me mannn 😅? is there any possibility if they can come back after their denial mail coz of this stand.. let me know somebody got the call again after getting a no mail

Post most of the interviews in software engineering there is no feedback or its said they will communicate if they get some details. What are your views on the feedback. Should the interviewer provide it or not. I feel, especially for the take home assignments, proper feedback should be provided to the interviewee. It should be mandatory not optional. ( Strong words but whatever )

I'll go first. I got a call for an APM role from one of the companies which did sound pretty sketchy and the recruiter was started bullying me into answering questions, when I asked to know more about the role. The recruiter was extremely unprofessional, and obviously the conversation was nowhere great. They however, did go ahead and sent me the JD and other links, etc to fill in and apply for the job. Mind you, I hadn't applied for the job. 🥲 It just was a pretty sour conversation which had left me in an uncertain situation. Any similar experiences?
