And if these are the only rejections then i can tell you i had 30+ rejections while switching the job with 5 offers in total.

Ohh looks like it's a process through which everyone needs to walk through.

i completely bombed my director of engineering round at browserstack. all rounds were A+, but when the time came to talk f2f i completely shat myself. i was unprepared and got very nervous as i couldn't answer questions that i should have answered. btw it was a full-stack role for 2023 graduates. the rejection mail hasn't come yet, and i have no hope for it. i will be more prepared for next time.

Yes email them. If you have phone number then call and ask for 5 mins time to share the feedback.

Its simple their expectations are not met.

To provide context, my attempts with ZSAssociates concluded with a rejection in the final round, Zscaler saw me rejected in the second technical round, and both Nferece and Browserstack ended with rejections in the engineering manager round – the ultimate stage.

I am genuinely seeking your guidance and insights. If there are areas I can improve upon or any advice you can offer to enhance my performance, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your support.

I am a senior software engineer with 6 + yoe mainly into backend (java and golang tech stack).

I am currently serving my notice period with no offer in hand.(my last day is April 30)

I have applied and given interviews to almost 12 companies and failed after clearing 2 or 3 rounds.

I feel that I am losing confidence in my skills when I face such rejection even though I shouldn't.

I feel like whatever answer I give during interviews is wrong and I constantly try to lookup the internet in the middle of interviews in fear of getting rejected.


Even though I know things very well I try to validate it and then mug up whatever is written on the internet and whenever a new question is asked which I haven't seen earlier where I would be required to think , i blank out.


This has never happened to me earlier.. I need some advice on how do I keep confidence in my skill and start solving things on my own.

Hi Grpeviners, I've given so many interviews. Qualified technical rounds for many but have been ghosted several times. Like the HR stops receiving my calls or they say at the end that sorry we want someone to join within 45 days. Sometimes they say, sorry we got some candidate from our organization and list is never ending. I feel very disheartened due to this ongoing scenario. Why is this happening to me, what should I improve in myself? Am I out of budget, notice period? Please help!

desperately looking for a change so I gave interview in Deloitte, cleared the technical round but in techno-managerial round they asked even more indepth technical questions and even took a screenshot of the code I wrote. Overall it felt like they were out to reject me cause the questions they asked were pretty different from what I mentioned in my resume. Does anyone else have a similar experience?

Recently started giving interviews and cleared a few rounds in a couple of companies. I never heard back from any of them even if I felt the interviews went well. Very frustrated because of this as I fail to understand how difficult is it to just reject or send a rejection email if they don't want to hire. I understand that companies have 100s of candidates in their pipeline but it's so frustrating to not even get any rejection mail and get stuck in a limbo.

Hey everyone, I hope you can help me out with this one query i have, is it fine to tell the interviewer that i got laid off when they ask why i am looking for a job change in this marker?
