Disrespecting corporate community by influencer

I followed a lot of these so called CP influencers on LinkedIn or X. and see most of these people stay in their job for long time. 1 person who just passed out of college joined Zomato (referral only), made so many post about work etc, but left in 6 months (acc to his LinkedIn ). seen other cases as well. acc to CP/DSA is most important for SDE, then why cant they work, is it because of money from their courses or they cant sustain in their job. I have 6 years if experience but dont think only CP helps you

Feels like I am stuck. I know the only way out is to grind and get out. Not asking for sympathy but just asking given my recent few commitments towards my family (Just got blessed with a daughter, I don’t wanna compromise on missing her childhood days by just focusing on ny career growth) To be honest sometimes I feel I am burnt out too. Running this race. Sometimes the inner voice says one more last try. Anyone else feels the same? Anything you guys want me to point to? Coming to the details YOE:11 Total Comp: 61 LPA(56 fixed) Edit I joined mid Oct 2022 to this current firm. Hence I missed 2023 hike. And 2024 they are saying hikes would be pretty minimal too. Thoughts? Suggestions? I just wanted to veng out. Period. Views and Criticisms(constructive) are welcome.

Where do you draw the line

Have come across many YT influencers cum freelancers cum podcasters - barely out of college but claiming to earn in crores. Not sure how true that is but if so, I do feel inferior though I am at a high paying job. Their constant show off makes it worse - one guy claimed in front of Bikchandani that he made 35L/month

Hi folks, I have freelanced on upwork earlier and maximum reached $20/hour in development gigs but got burned out by constant pressure of rebidding once the current project gets over. The profile is still 5 star rated but getting full time job through these freelancing platform require lots of marketing and bidding and it’s difficult with day job. However recently I have seem trend where there are some genuine folks such as harkirat who are upping the game by earning around 5 crore annually through posh remote jobs. Has anyone of you tried pursuing that route by reaching out to founders of early stage startups on twitter/linked in or used freelancing portals such as upwork to get full time gigs which pays more than $100k remotely. I work with Swiggy and as many of you already know the culture has become extremely toxic in Swiggy. Expectations of working 12-16 hours per day, be available on weekends, play dirty politics, blame other to save yourself , get really really aggressive, all of this with a constant fear of losing your job. The leaders are saying this culture change is required to achieve high growth targets for IPO. They say a culture like this is required to raise the bar & keep people on their toes. But looking at Byjus it appears that this may help in the short run but eventually things fall apart. Employees are human resources not machines. But these toxic leaders don’t really care, as there is always some people available to replace the previous lot who left due to the toxicity. I really hope the leadership of companies like Swiggy open their eyes & realise this before it’s too late for their business. And people who are considering to join Swiggy. BEWARE. This isn’t the place it used to be. People have left within 1-2 months because of this culture. And nearly EVERYONE is looking out to switch.
