For any freshers out there who are just starting our in corporate and tech world, you may see posts like these once in a while. Here's my take:

I've worked in a company where I've known atleast 20 people who followed all these everyday. But they all got fired during a mass layoffs. The worst part was the company was doing just fine. They made these employees work overtime to build products that will soon being more revenue and the next week they were all laid off. Just like that.

So, my suggestion: Always keep your resume ready, always be interviewing if you get a chance, be realistic and understand that even if you give 200% on your job, chances are you can always get laid off, and most important never blindly follow these wannabe influencers on LinkedIn.
