Feel like doing nothing
I worked at an early stage startup with really toxic culture and left my job because of that, now it's been one month I just wake up eat and sleep and feel like doing nothing, Although I know at some point I have to resume back but when ever I sit back to document my work prepare my portfolio I just feel no motivation to do so, Is something wrong with me?? Has anyone faced something like this before? How did you come out of it?

You made the right decision of leaving that company, that feeling of doing nothing is because of trauma you had in your previous company because of which you are just reluctant to resume back You should actually seek help from a therapist

It's called burnout. Give yourself time to relax and recharge. Then get to it.
Leaving that company was a good decision but look up to better opportunities as one day you have to get back don't waste much time.

It's often that we associate our identity with the work/job we do. You have gone into the spiral of not being able to make progress and feeling guilty about it and then eventually generalising that feeling to your overall self which makes you feel like this. Would suggest to strongly cut your thoughts of work and sign up for activities outside of job/work life. Maybe start learning a new sport, catchup with some old friends, learn some new instrument, solve a jigsaw puzzle, paint, watch a nice thriller movie, engage your mind in other things and slowly you will get sense of achievement from those things. This will make you feel better and rejuvenated to pursue things on the professional front.
Feels like you are burnt out bcz of that situation ,take some time out for yourself , travel a distance , see what kind of job matches your skillset and you are good to go 😊
Bro, you did the right thing by leaving early, I was in the same position, but foolishly kept on going for 1.5 years in the name of "learning". I hope I would have left in a month. Go somewhere, home or travel. And look for something else. It will get better 👍
