I remember 2-3 years ago we started to integrate Uniware for our warehouse and order management use cases and we were pissed with the product and the allotted account manager was nonetheless the funniest employee unicommerce could have.

For every requirement he either denied us or asked that we have to bear the development costs.

To the current day, Opened groww app and randomly saw Unicommerce under IPO section. Was happy and shocked at the same time. Arrange meeting with higher authorities at Unicommerce to congratulate them on this.

Swiggy is planning to go public soon and has offered to exercise our ESOPs at a certain valuation. This is not a buyback, so we will have to pay taxes on the exercised shares. Hi peeps need advice .I am working in a govt PSU with a gross salary of 2 lacs per month.I am 33 years old having passed out from a tier 1 college. All my friends are in the pvt sector and are earning much more than me.Every time I meet them ,i feel a sense of profound sadness. I got alloted the IPO. It's my first time. I had researched about the company and looked good to me. After reading a lot(and overthinking!) had decided to go for it.
