Some questions which I might ask if I was taking an interview
1. What's the general idea behind multi threading, have you heard of volatile or synchronised keywords, how to make something thread safe, does adding thread always fastens your program
2. You used mongoDB in your project, why not SQL. What's the difference b/w the 2.
3. Explain how websockets work in general and what do they bring to the table. Follow up question can be difference b/w long/short poll and sockets
4. You've used react.js, why use it instead of vanilla js, maybe a bit on what is react good for, what is virtual dom and if you did any optimisation on your react app in terms of performance.
5. Since you mentioned node.js, any reason to use it particularly? Do you think js is multi threaded? If not, how does it achieve async pattern

If you really did your projects, you should be knowing end to end of how you did it and why you made certain decisions. That should be enough
