Seems like a pretty decent process TBH. Most companies just do simple 4 rounds of interviews

Had gone through the entire process once. They were pretty quick. All the rounds on a single day. And you get decision within 48 hours

All rounds in a single day🤯 Are the case studies given before the interviews or during the interview round. Did you get time to prepare for it or you have to just go ahead by thinking out loud?

Case study is generally given during the interview. You get 10/15 mins think and then present your case. I took sick leave on the day of interviews.
