1) tredence analytics, associate data scientist
CTC:12l
Base :7.44,var:56k, joining bonus given after 1year :2l, performance bonus:2l given after 1.5years
2)Tejas networks:R&D sde 
CTC:10l
Base:9.7l ,var:30k
I am open to both development and data roles, whichever offers more growth and opportunities in future as both the the packages are similar with minute difference

Which one should I join from the 2 offers?

Hi, recently gave interviews for the Einstein service cloud in Salesforce India which is related to copilots, bots etc for lmts roles. Looks like a new team is getting formed in India. The manager mentioned it is based on monolith, Java, postgres etc. Does anyone have idea on the kind of work and how is the wlb and culture there? Also any pip situation there ? Please provide inputs and suggestions. Still waiting on feedback and numbers. Thanks in advance.
