How is culture at Samsung AdTech/ Demand Side

Been interviewing at the samsung adtech team. Overall Samsung has korean culture which is pretty bad. There are lots of negative reviews

Hiring manager says adtech team has US culture and different than rest of the samsung

Can anyone here confirm if its true? Shed some lights please

Cons

korean companies are just like Indian companies. Shit HR policies
number of hours is tracked, laptop activity is tracked. Everything under the sun is tracked
very strict WFO policy. Even if you have a genuine reasons it won't be considered
you are treated like a slave
