How is work and pay at coinbase?

I am not so interested in crypto or web3 startups.I got reached multiple times for SSE position and thought of giving it a shot by having an exploratory call. I am more focused on having a good WLB with a decent pay for my experience. Experience: 7 years Current: 41L base Also, do they allow remote work? How's the engineering stack for a backend role like? Thanks

Good wlb and coinbase don’t go together. Remote work, sure. Backend would be mixed but I just know there’s Rust for sure. It’s nice that you’re getting reached, I would be happy with just that now.

Their India team is non existent anymore afaik. Probably very few staff still on payroll.
