I mean there is fear of so many things, what if we both don't match the vibe, what if he is not supportive, i mean how should a women take decision?

1. Just got to every wedding function, events of your community, you may find someone marriage worthy there.
2. Find some good relatives whose full time job is matchmaking through whatsapp groups, keep good relations with them, they will keep sending you good biodatas
3.Just make your bachelor existence in the community, majority of people in the community should know that you are the fresh bachelor in the market, they will bring rishtas if you announce yourself in the bachelor market.
Meet and spend time with the person until you are sure that he is the one. Even don't try to judge and reject someone in your first meeting itself, you may not like a person completely in the

And for boys, just wish that you are not the first few boys she is meeting, girls usually have many options to choose from so when they start groom hunting they usually rejects many guys they meet in starting assuming that there will be someone more perfect and suitable for her. Expectations keep decreasing as they meet more and more guys, so just hope you come in her list much later.
Women get so many options that they remain thoroughly confused🙂
It's not hard.
Step 1 : know what to look for in the person you want to be with( don't have too many hard requirements and don't consider looks like 6ft, handsome etc into hard requirements) - this is indeed hard if you don't know what kind of man you want
Step 2 : discuss what kind of life you envision. Take time to know each other. The quirks, the nice things, the things that you need to adjust with each other. Understand if you match each other's expectations, understand behavior traits - empathy, comfort, communication, anger, toxicity etc. Find out if you Match on emotional, physical and psychological level
Step 3 - once you know these things, you'll be able to make out if you wanna spend rest of your life with this man. If not, move on!
This is by far best way to decide where you have complete control over how you want the marriage to turn out
