Dress to your body style- skin colour
Invest in a good haircut - spectacles
Most people don’t know that everything is unique for eveyone
See which hair type suits your face shape

I think it’s the food. Just heard ministers have boiled veggies and the vegetable stock from the boiled veggies as soup. Clean diet is the only thing that can get you good skin. Water, diet, exercise. They get the money to get a nutritionist, but you can start eating clean and drink 3-4 L water a day. I’m having green tea in the morning, skipping dinner and avoiding bahar ka khana. Will tell you if I still remain dull!

Food is the only good thing in life 🫠😕
That’s true ya. I live alone and food is what I look forward to after work. But someone just called out my weight and I also saw my skin colour getting dull. Guess I’ll stick to weekly/biweekly cheat meals because looks > food

Money does help. You can get HGH & testosterone replacement and do a bit of gym and eat good and you go from -> Jeff "I was bullied in highschool" Bezos to Jeff " I benchpress sub orbital rockets" Bezos.
Women can also go to SK and which plastic surgery is in fashion to get them fake internet points on tiktok & insta

Plastic surgery will be too much, but I do get your point
I've been taking biotin-collagen drops from rasayanam , and vitamin C face serum form brillare since few months they've made positive impact,
but good sleeping cycle is must, even one week of 3am nights would be visible.

:( my all nights are 3 am
Please create a plan to sleep early, albeit "late night owl" might be the "cool thing" it surely isn't good long term.

Alright. Search 'Bryan Johnson Blueprint' on Google. Try reading a little into it before swiping left on it. Hoping you like it. Thank me later.

Damn. Too good, too specific.
Water. A lot of water.
Clean eating. Throw that maida away. Remove the whites and processed food from your diet.
Exercise. No need for gym or anything fancy. Do stretching, body weight exercises, a bit of running/cycling/sports.
Sleep well, and you'll glow up.
No need to any fancy moisturizers, skincare, or cosmetics, unless you're really interested in dedicating time towards it.
If you are, pay a visit to a dermatologist, and get some prescription cosmetics. That's gonna work way better than experimenting around.

1. Start exercising in any form (walking, running, gym)
2. Don't go overboard with your appetite (I suggest tracking calories for 1 month which will give you an idea about what you're eating)
3. Do basic skincare (a moisturizer and a sunscreen can do wonders)
4. Clothes that fit you well

No beauty products, however costly can change anything. Rich people can have their own personal trainer, nutrition, therapist.

I feel it is mostly related to genes. But yeah 4,5 Liters of water a day, Good sleep and Gym did some trick on me. Not a significant change but there is a change. Also cut on junk and oily foods, you wont notice any difference in weeks but do it consistently for 3,4 months and you will definately notice some changes.
Go to a dermatologist if you’re looking for some clinical advice to improve your skin, too. Don’t ask on the Internet. There are many peels etc that help with specific requirements. Ofc it only sustains if your lifestyle is correct
