Currently I am trying to switch from service based company to better environment hopefully product based companies. Thing here is I am not getting any interview calls (I may blame 90days notice) but how product based companies hire… like i am checking naukari. It’s full of consulting companies mostly or service based companies. LinkedIn I could see some job posts but not actually hearing back  from them(maybe skill issue) . So like from where these product companies hire ??? Anyone know any leads.

Some context, I am a SDE - 2 with 3 yoe and my resume never gets shortlisted . 
Whatever interviews I had given were because of recruiters reaching out to me on LinkedIn. 
I’m from a Tier 1 college and have good ratings on codechef and CF 
I’m so confused seeing people talk about how they get 1-2 calls a day. 
Could someone please let me know what could be the issue?

How to get in to product companies from service based with 5 to 6 years of exp

I worked for the first 3 years of my career as an SDE at a bank. I was allocated to an internal tooling team which meant that I got no exposure to cloud technologies like AWS, architectures like microservices and frameworks like Spring Boot which are in high demand today. I wasn't even allowed a team change in that bank. To compensate for this lack of experience, I created a basic project from scratch involving these technologies. But still, my resume is not getting shortlisted at any premier company for SDE/SDE2 positions.

I would really appreciate if you guys could please suggest a way forward for me and help me out.

I am from Tier-I CSE grad, working in startups since college. Not sure why, but never have my resume got shortlisted in MSFT and Amazon. I am not sure what they try to find in my resume, or whether they even look at it or not. One thing I am sure is I can crack their interviews 4 out of 5 times. I'm a final year student at a tier-1 engineering college. I am looking to break into product management and have been looking for internships and full time opportunities for the last 5 months. I've had no luck so far, and my campus placements are not up to the mark this year so no luck there as well. I've done all the essentials for preparing for this role, like preparing for interviews, participating in product teardowns, working on a portfolio etc. I initially planned to work for a few years and do an MBA in the US but I'm seriously contemplating going for a master's degree now (maybe MiM in EU or some MS in software applications in the US). Looking for advice on what should be my next steps. 
PS: I'm not looking to do an MBA in India. If I go for a master's degree, I want to do it abroad.

I am working as an Android developer in service based companies for more than 7 years in Ahmedabad. As there are very few product based companies in Ahmedabad I am planning to relocate to another city to switch to a product based company ofcourse for better compensation. I have applied to many product based companies but I'm not even getting shortlisted for the interviews. There are many other folks in the service based companies who have faced the same thing. Any advice for switching to a product based company would be really helpful.

So I have been interning at Accolite Digital as an Swe. I got the opportunity via oncampus drive. They offered a 6 month internship+ FTE(8 lpa CTC and 3 lpa as retention bonus). After 4 months of internship they randomly terminated internships of 10 interns stating their performance was inadequate which was complete bullshit as I knew those interns worked really hard. Later the HR told us that they have reduced the retention bonus from 3 lpa to 2 lpa without having any discussion with us. After 6 months of internship they again forced around 20-30 interns to hand over their resignation as they have found better opportunity but the reality was that they didn't have projects to allot to them and didn't want to display it as layoffs. After all this shitholery they gave the rest of us an extension of 2 months till 15th of October and today they told us that they have further extended our internship till December. During this period of time I worked my ass off for this shit organisation and worked late at night to connect with the client. They only paid us 20k as an internship stipend and expected us to be present at the office all 5 days a week. The worst thing is that I initially had 5 job offers in hand and I had to reject them all to accept this one. They also have 1 year of bond which they won't wave off. I am literally shattered and actively looking for better job opportunities as a SWE fresher with 8 months of internship experience. I would beg the community to please like this post as much as they can so that someone who is actively hiring who could see this. Also if any of u guys have any openings at ur firm please do consider me!!

I have applied for more than 300 jobs. And didn't get back any response. These are the jobs which I found on linkedin in which most of them have more than 200 applicants.

For context I'm a full stack developer with 2 years of experience currently working in a startup with a CTC of 7 LPA.

I tried cold emailing and messaging in linkedin.

I got two interviews after messaging directly to HR via LinkedIn.

And I'm targeting less popular startups with less competition.

Now my question is where can I find those companies
And what's the best way to reach out.

Also one final question,
I'm a single developer in my company and I'm handling the tech alone make technical disitions, design databases, architect projects, and manage deployments.
Can I point out this as a good thing? Will companies get impressed by this?
