How to grow in product management

Hi I have done my BTech (Tier 1) and MBA (Tier 2). I have 4 years of digital marketing and 2 years of product management experience. Current I work as a Product Owner in a service based company. My fixed compensation is 19 LPA. How should I go about now in my career to scale up the learning as well as the CTC?

What is the future scope of the PM job role...will it still be relevant after 10 years, Is going to IIMs spending close to 25 lakhs in this economy to get into a PM job role justified?? Context: I know many people will say you don't need IIM to break into PM, But considering I'm a 25 Male, from tier 3 college...currently working as a product designer with 8 lpa...so I think the only way to reach 25-30 lpa in hand by 28 is by joining IIMs

Hello folks, i have been thinking to pen down a post on this community for sometime now but seeing how GP is becoming a bad mix of quora & Twitter, i refrained myself from doing it but I do believe there are like minded folks in this community who can help me out there. I am a growth product manager in a bank within their digital banking team, have 6+ years of experience post MBA from SIBM Pune. I have worked with a traditional media company for first 3 years and with successful startups for the next 2, I am in my current role for the past 10 months now. My CTC is 35 lpa, (30 fixed, 5 variable )and 3 lac joining bonus. I was doing institutional sales for first 3 years, category management for next 2 and now heading growth for the digital banking app. I am feeling stuck in my professional journey right now, no specific reason but I think banking work culture is a bit boring for me. I am trying to figure out 'what Next' and have also taken up a course with growthx with the intend to learn something new, upskill myself and be relevant as times are progressing. I have always been fascinated with the idea of working with company's like Google, Samsung, Stryker, Spotify where I can have flexibility, good pay but more than that a feel good factor of not having to prove myself everyday at work. I have given the last 6 years to work, I don't intend to be so involved going forward but very firm with the idea of corporate being my primary income I don't know if I am making any sense of the current situation but just wanted to share my mental state.

I am currently a Product Marketing Executive focusing heavily on content aspects. But I wish to go full stack PM and scale my PMM career. What’s the best course of action?

I want to make a career switch into a role that would help me grow professionally and financially. I have experience as a category manager in an edtech and currently work as a Growth Manager in a startup. What roles can i make switch into? Am i underpaid as of now? So my question is what things I should to achieve my goal. Will doing an MBA help me, if yes which is more better MBA from old IIM’s, ISB or global MBA ?

Hey all, I'm seeking some advice and guidance from this amazing community. I'm currently at a crossroads in my career and would appreciate any insights from those who have been in a similar situation. For the past 12 years multiple domains like Business, Digital marketing, Ui Ux & digital transformation, lastly 1.5yrs back I had the opportunity to become a founder of a startup where I handled both product and marketing. Unfortunately, that venture didn't find PMF, but I gained valuable experience in the process. Now, I'm considering whether to pursue a career as a product manager or product marketer. Also i didn't borrow any salary from the startup will it have any negative effects & how to mitigate them? Lastly based on the above background what would be the ideal package to go for?
