How to keep the relationship sparkly with the conversation

And it's a bad thingggg, she says. I mean, if I dont have anything to say, I won't say it. I'd rather add value. I've always been the quiet one even during college clubs etc. Honestly tho I'm really not. I have things to say but man they honestly are dumb things. And the thing is? Most people talk about party n stuff and and I'm not a person who does small talks easily, especially online. Am I really wrong here? It's my first job. Educate me

I'll go first: Heard about a married couple (married <1 year) and already separated (to be divorced). The wife hid her past and relationship from her family and in-laws. Husband asked about her relationships and she said she isn't in one. No pressure from the guy's family about marriage. Girl said yes and for months pretended to be excited about marriage. Post marriage, husband realised that she's cheating, excessive partying drinking, and smoking. Husband is in a disarray and suicidal. Now I know there are both men and women like her (not making it a gender thing). But as a man looking for a partner/relationship/girlfriend, how do we be careful and what red and green flags should we look for, in a woman, while looking for a genuine relationship?

I recently got married, it was an arranged marriage. We both are polar opposites. I dont go around telling my family or her family about our day to day affairs. But she gives full report of my life and my family's affairs to her family. During both family get togethers, I come to know that she has given complete info of my life. Her extended family also knows my complete life routine/friends/finances, etc. I brought it to her notice already but seems she still informs them everything. How do I have this conversation with her and make sure I am able to build trust with her?

When I am talking to people (irrespective of gender), my instant communication continuer to share an example of same thing they talked about. Example 'I went to Mumbai' 'Oh I remember when I went to Mumbai' 'I love mountains' 'Oh I hate mountains, I like beaches better' (nobody even asked for my opinion) If not this then - Hmmm, yea, okay, Cool, Great, That's nice, sweet, 😊, 🙌, ✌️ And the conversation dies. There should a third way. What's that?
