I am thinking of creating a job board system that scrapes data from company official career pages

4.5 years YOE. I'm looking to change jobs next year and wanted to know what job boards actually work. I have had great success with Angellist so far early career. Anything apart from that also brings in a lot of recruiter spam. Only Jobs boards i have had good response from are - Angel - Hnhiring - LinkedIn ( some spam as well) What are some other job boards that work?

Hi everyone, I haven't encountered any platform that provides end-to-end services for job seekers. If there were such a service, would you use it? If yes, how much would you be willing to pay for it? The goal is to help people who have been laid off or are urgently looking for a job switch. Initially, this is how it will work: 1. We understand your professional career and what you are exploring next. 2. We bundle all the premium job portals for you (part of the service). 3. You get a dedicated Account Manager (who can share more on this) who will apply to all relevant jobs on your behalf. 4. We provide CV/Resume preparation and customization. 5. In India, company HR typically does not want to talk to someone else (in our case, the AM), so we will later figure out how you will be informed about the applications. 6. Once shortlisted, we help you with interview preparation (customized specifically for that particular interview). 7. If you get an offer, we assist you with salary negotiation. 8. Your Account Manager will stay in touch with you indefinitely (think of it like a family doctor; the person can change, but whoever is your AM will know everything about you). All came from personal experience, currently doing job hunting (got laid off last month)

There are lot of communities and individuals on LinkedIn and Instagram who are postings job opportunities from various companies. Only few links will redirect to actual company careers pages mostly it will be redirected to google form where they collect user data or cuvette platform or a wordpress website with lot of ads. It’s so irritating for job hunters to find the actual openings. Whats is your view on this? Is it legel also to post company openings without there permission? Can you recommend any good job aggregator platforms?

I have been looking for an Android Engineer for about 1.5 months and i applied on LinkedIn and company website but they don't reply. But if I apply to naukari.com in the same company then the middle man as a consultant will call you and help you schedule interviews. Regarding that i have a question: What is the purpose of Posting jobs on career page and in linkedin if HR's are hiring from naikari.com with the help of consultants. Can anybody please help me get the job and please share your views on this. Plus i am also looking for a freelance Android development work also not getting any result. I will highly appreciate it. 🙏🏻Please share your thoughts.

So I have been unemployed for ~2 months now and wanting to do something on my own that is fun, fulfilling and has a scope for monetization I realised during my job hunt that most recruiters (3P) are clueless about the hiring requirements of the job and usually cold call/ randomly generate leads through basic LinkedIn search. Most of the folks eventually don't hear from them later because they profile didn't fit the need( obviously!) While not doubting their skills, I realised head hunting could be much more targeted through better classification of JDs and candidates and recruiters could save time both for them and candidates through better screening while improving conversions... I'm planning to build a marketplace of sorts aimed at matching jr to mid level tech talent with JDs( you know how generic and open ended they can be!) I want to start this entire service as free for the current yr at least given the job scenario and later monetize through recruiters and TAs I have mostly figured out most of the workflows and can get the MVP ready in a couple of days worth of dev work but what I'm skeptical is whether candidates might feel data security as an issue( something that leads to a shrinking candidate pool to pick from) Feel free to leave your thoughts/ critiques/ feedbacks; good or bad both are welcome Thanks for your time and double thanks if you took time to comment :)
