I always had this question like how come company manages payment of the vendors, salaries of staff, petty expenses, insurances, electricity bills, rent, etc.
Most companies expands at so rapid level and become global at times. So the payment procedure of all of it always intrigued me.

If anyone among you know how big corporates / conglomerates functions when it comes to payment/ withdrawals.. all ears to you! I am genuinely curious to know as one single person on whose account the bank account is opened can’t manage all of it.

Hi there!
I am about to start a game dev company.
I contacted Indiafilings to register. 
They didn't say anything until my name got approval.
Then a lady called me and described compliance worth 35K.

I said I won't take it from them.
She immediately sent me a KYC declaration form to get it certified by CA/Auditor 

I paid 23K "Companify" for the compliance , much cheaper and well mannered unlike Indiafiling.

Lady from companify said I can get my company registered without getting verified by auditor for now, and it's the responsibility of Indiafiling whereas Indiafiling is denying.

Lady from Companify said she will talk to Indiafiling lady and asked for mobile number, 

However lady from Indiafiling denied. She said it's prohibited to talk to anyone else other than me(customer)

I am stuck
What to do now?

The company haven’t paid us 3-6months of salary saying that there’s a delay in raising VC funds. They also didn’t pay TDS and gave us Form 16 for ITR. 

I reached out to our client company where I worked briefly and they were happy to offer me a job there. I’m dangerously out of money in savings and it’s still uncertain in my current company about any funds. So I have given a early date to him because I really need their salary and joining bonus to survive actually. I thought I can immediately relieve from my current company as I don’t have finished projects and haven’t involve in new. But they are not responding to my calls and mail requesting for immediate resignation. 


What should I do now ?

My company is delaying acceptance to my resignation

Acceptance of resignation has no value, the day you resigned is considered for notice period start date.

I am working into political strategic management as a chief operating officer (startup). I joined this company in the month of November and moved to Bangalore from pune. Suddenly my boss called me one day and he informed me that he  had revised my salary and reduced 10k . 

Since it's registered as a one person company,as per Karnataka government rules there is a certain limit to crediting the salary..

I recently got an offer and the notice period over there is 60 days. In my past companies it was 30 days everywhere. Just wanted to know your opinion.

Hi.

I received a termination letter from my past company. The reason was, I sent my resignation letter from home and responded only when they reached out.

I know I am at fault. Should have sent resignation from office itself. But their punishment seems very harsh. I didn't get a chance to explain myself. 

Wherever I am applying for jobs, getting turned down as I do not have experience letter and relieving letter. Having a termination letter seems to be equal to having a criminal record.

I tried requesting my ex company, but seems they have forgotten my existence, and talked in a rude manner.

Day by day I am losing confidence. Trying my hand at freelancing also, but it would be like starting from zero.

How can I repair my situation. Advice pls.

PS: Humble request to all, no trolling please. Already I am down, don't want to get out.

I had given my resignation from my position and was told my last working day will be the next day itself. I had told the HR that I'm ready to serve entire notice period of 2 months but requested them to reduce my notice period as there wasn't much dependency on me.  I was hoping the notice period will be for atleast 1 month but they had me leave the next day itself. When they told me next day will be my last day I had told them I'm ready to serve 2 months of notice period but still they let me go the next day. Is it proper or am I missing anything ?
