South Indian interviewers think they know everything, so they will mug up the solutions and give you a question which you have never come across. And if you provide a working solution other than their mugged up one, they are gonna straight away reject 😄.

So basically I don't hesitate in challenging the interviewer if I feel like they don't know how to interview a senior candidate
