Is it common for a sde to resolve bugs most of the time?
So I will graduate in may. I have received a ppo from the company I interned at. They gave sde 1 as title. But mostly on internship all they make me do is resolve bugs. How common is this for a software engineer? Before taking an internship I was excited that I would get to develop new features.
If the product in which you are working is in maintenance mode then yes.
Otherwise probably your org wants you to build some context before assigning you some new feature.

Yeah the product is very unstable right now. What do you think about the learning curve in my case?

It's pretty common for freshers to be put on easier tasks like bug fixing until they are used to the organisation's development processes.
It's pretty rare to give new developers an entire feature to take responsibility over. Even with developing a new feature you're going to have a lot of debugging to figure out why things don't work the way you think they do - so it's decent experience when starting out...
Are you able to solve all the bugs that are assigned to you ? Do you understand the whole application and code ? Intern ko features thodi denge create karne ko
