Is it common to make a move on someone in linkedin if u like them??

Just wandering how things may turn out on starting conversation on LinkedIn after getting their profile from Tinder/Bumble, as supply-demand is pretty skewed on this sites not sure if profile is visible to possible matches. PS:- Grapevine v chalega 😂

Suppose if you feel that you are being considered for a job or you get that sense of sure selection by the org, and you have no much proper information about the org in the internet. Will you find current working employees of that same company on LinkedIn and slide into their DMs to know about the org, team, ceo?

Why do people add each other on linkedin but never respond when you reach out to them for help? Is it just me or happens to most people?

Is it okay to mark yourself open to work on linkedin while you are connected to most of your company colleagues. Its visible to everyone and eventually the news will spread in your team team that certain person is planning to move out. I might even affect their behavior towards you.

Why do female founders and other budding LinkedIn female influencers post their personal pictures(gym photos, selfies, random photos of themselves) on LinkedIn? It’s a professional platform for fucks sake. You don’t post these photos on Leap Club but LinkedIn is okay because validation. And nobody calls them out. Men are lost in simp behaviour and others ignore them.

Lately I have been getting a lot of DMs from TA from various companies on linkedin. They would start the conversation with something like “We are really impressed with your profile and work you are doing …” Then they proceed to ask for contact details and resume and then they just vanish out of thin air. It’s not that I have a bad resume because whenever I start to actively look for a job I get interview calls right away from actual HRs who are hiring. Is this some shady practice that TA people have been following to build their roster/database for different job roles that they frequently hire for.

I mean there is fear of so many things, what if we both don't match the vibe, what if he is not supportive, i mean how should a women take decision?

One of my friends had been fired from is role due to a false accusation from a female employee who was in a relationship with him. Will this have any effect in his upcoming jobs? is there a risk of failing the background check? Do employers share this info?
