 They will blacklist you from rejoining at max. 
  
 Don't quarrel much with HR, don't reveal your new company for about 6 months on LinkedIn, don't add this company in your experience. You should be good.

Hi all,

As the title suggests, I want to know if there are consequences associated with quitting a company in just 3 weeks.

I've joined an early stage startup as one of the first few hires in the product team. The pay and work is reasonably okay. WLB is also good. But one of the companies I was interviewing during my NP from called me back, conducted one more interview and now I have a better offer in hand. This new company is a fintech giant and objectively it makes no sense for me leave this offer. 

I'm stuck in a situation now where I'm getting super anxious to initiate this conversation with my current manager about leaving in just 3 weeks. Can someone help me with this? Please share your experiences if possible.

I've got two offers, from companies X and Y. Company X wants me to start on Monday. Company Y still has BGV pending and wants me to start in the second week of August. I would prefer to work for company Y. I intend on signing both letters.

Can I start working at company X and then move onto company Y when they start? Will company Y's BGV show them that I'm already working for another company? I really don't want to be in a position where I'm waiting for company Y after having let go of the offer from company X, but at the same time I really want to work for company Y. I piam a bit worried about the BGV as it has caused issues in the past (worked abroad prior to this and also the drug test puts me in an iffy spot).

I am awaiting an offer from a big MNC, and I have discussions ongoing with some small companies as well. My notice period is now over, as my project is finished and they asked me to leave in a month (they don't want to keep me on the bench)

So, I wanted to check if there would be any issues if I opt to join a small company whoever offers me first and then whenever the big ones offer, leave the small company dropping them a mail and returning their assets, and join the big one without serving the notice period in the small company?
