Leaving company in 3 months
Will that leave a black mark on my profile for the rest of my career and will have to suffer due to that or is it completely fine?
nah. you’ll probably forget it in a year, and about corporates, they don’t really care. You might be asked why you left it while interviewing for your next job, as long as you have a fair enough convincing answer, no problemo
Thanks man! What could be good answers to tell? I guess it should be something on which they shouldn't have any questions. Giving the justification is a pain!
just be honest. could be the toxic work environment, cultural fit or payment related queries
I left a company after 1 week, another company after 1 month and so on, that never had an impact .

I'm curious, mind sharing the stories of why you left in 1 week and another in 1 month?

Just tell your future interviewers that the job role was different than what you expected. You tried to talk with management but they told you nothing can be done so you decided to change before it is too late .
The way things have been going on… I reckon this is not as serious as it used to be
True that. But employers should understand na. Oftentimes I feel they are just looking at some or the other random baseless reason to reject.
