Needed opinion on an urgent matter

I'm doing internship in a company, I got a full time offer from another company, I want to resign from my internship, they are not allowing me to resign, and my full time company want me to join them as the opportunity is fully remote i can join but I'm worried about epf account. I might get caught doing dual employment in background check, what should I do, please help!

What happens when you join your new company while you are still on notice period?

I have resigned from my current company which is fully remote. They have put me on the bench while I serve notice period and I have nothing to do till my Last Working Day in September. I have an offer from a company which is again fully remote. Should I join this new company from August while serving the notice period with the current company? Would there be any short term or long term complications? Tax, PF?

I resigned from Capgemini as I got the offer. I was very excited to join the new organisation. When I joined the new organisation in there BGV process they found service overlap. And then they asked me to resign. Now I got to know that every IT company is checking service history in EPFO portal. Will I consider my career is in danger?? I'll not get any job now in IT ? Before Capgemini I was absconded from one organisation and that is causing and service overlap with Capgemini in EPFO. I am the only source of income for my Family. Please suggest what I can do in such scenario ?

So I just started this new role as a Frontend dev in a startup. But during these past weeks, I've gotten a much, much better offer from a bigger, mid-sized company. It's fully remote, and no way I'm letting this opportunity go. How should I approach quitting after just joining? I've met most of the teams and the Director himself took an interest in me, giving me my own project. Do I have to serve the notice? It's mentioned in my offer letter - 3 weeks notice during probation.

Asking for an HR perspective to help with this one. I didn't mention a short stint( around 2 months) in my resume which I did almost 3 years back and I've gotten offer letter from another company. Should I disclose this in my background verification form or just continue not to list it. Its one thing to not include it in resume, not so sure about BGV form. The good part is the short stint didn't deposit PF so it does not reflect on my UAN number. Also the company is no longer in existence.

I recently joined an early age startup but that place was nothing what they told it’d be. So I decided to quit in 2 weeks. I now have an offer from a listed organisation and I am joining on Thursday. However, I haven’t told them about the last 15 days I spent at this startup and have submitted relieving of the last 2 orgs I worked with for 2 yrs each. Can there be a problem later?

I recently received a counter offer from one of the big 4 company.. I had initially decided not to join. I am reconsidering my decision and would appreciate your advice on the potential consequences. Specifically, I am concerned about the risk of being blacklisted or facing negative if I choose not to join the company even after accepting their counter offer. Is there a possibility of affecting my future opportunities with the same company? Do they black list for rejecting their counter offer?
