Should I accept the offer or let it go?
Right now I am looking for a new job because of a layoff in my own company. I have recently applied for a new job. I didn't get a hike and they even decreased the basic pay in their shared CTC Structure. The in-hand is the same as my previous company but my basic salary is impacted. Should I accept the offer or let it go?
Accept the offer, start working, but don't stop looking for other jobs. Once you get a better job within a month or 2, quit here and don't show this experience on your resume.

Happened with me, I did the same but my case was after working with a company for 1 year, I joined a new start-up which was having funding issues, so I left after 2 months and started looking for a new role. Fortunately I got an offer from icici prudential through third party payroll with same base pay. I didn't like it much so I switched again after 2 months with a better salary and team.
Now, the thing is how can I write all this on my resume?

But do keep in mind that companies nowadays are doing UAN background checks. It might reveal the employment history and with you not telling them. I am not sure what kind of conversation that would be. Just a heads up.
