I was going through a lot of posts here where people are putting out their thoughts on different topics. I am working with one of the startups in Bangalore and now looking to switch . I am considering a Business Analyst role as a good fit for me. If there is something else I should apply for please let me know. What is the future scope of the PM job role...will it still be relevant after 10 years, Is going to IIMs spending close to 25 lakhs in this economy to get into a PM job role justified??

I'm wondering what kinda role I should pursue next after product management. 
I'm done with this role, works vary from company to company and team to team. It's tough to make people understand the difference between pre-PMF products & mature products, and how the metrics impact vary across the spectrum. 
And this completely changes the equation of your appraisal or your promotion as well. 
I don't see myself working in the same kind of role after 5 years.
So I'm wondering what kinda role I should look out for?

Currently I was working as an operational team lead in TCS of Grade BPO 3 and I have an experience of 4 years out of which 1 year as a team lead and the same continues in TCS. 

So now I have feed up with this BPO jobs and want to switch to IT. After a deep research I came to know Business Analyst is the best platform to switch to IT from BPO.

I am from Mechanical engineer background and want to settle as Business Analyst.

Kindly requesting anyone to guide me the path of switching from BPO to Business Analyst and what skills and courses I need to do now? Also suggest me do I required to do MBA if so what course I need to choose in MBA?

Hi, I have over 3.5 years of experience in IT and working at a service based company. I'm working in Oracle PaaS tech stack and not sure how much scope it has because not every organisation uses it. To switch technologies is difficult within an organization, unless you are lucky to have a project like that. I was thinking to consider MBA in business analytics because of the same.
