Joinied a MNC as fresher

I am associated with Software MNC for 13 years should I leave and try to apply for another organisation or should I continue in current Other organisation will bring different and new context along with new working environment Joining other organisation also increase salary high in comparison to stay in current

I'm a BCA 2024 graduate, I got an offer from TCS as Graduate Trainee for 2.8 LPA. I'm thinking of joining it and upskilling myself and leaving after the probation period( 1 year). As of now, I'm mid at coding, but I can pick it up fast, should I join TCS and upskill myself or should i spend the next 6 months on my skill then apply somewhere else? I've heard TCS isn't for Freshers. help me out.🙃

I'll soon be joining EY as Analyst in Business Consulting PI, what will be the kind of work I'll be doing, as I am a computer science graduate I have no clue about the mentioned role, is EY good for freshers what about work life balance, there is no technical work involved like coding, should I go for a consulting role, I only have offer from EY at the moment and I am still not sure about it, as the career path would be totally different.

I have a good grasp of DSA and was considering starting web development, but I am concerned about the high competition in that field. Hi all, I'm currently working at Accenture for 3.5 years as C11(Database) , I was undergoing a training in Oracle Supply Chain Management at a Online centre/startup for last 6 months. Now that startup want me to work as full time in the SCM technology but they are offering me the same salary package im currently getting now. The thing is they are working on many project things like SCP,SCM,WMS etc but mostly experienced persons used to take care of the technical part. Which leave me to just schedule calls,doing excel/docs, analyze in the call for hours but couldn't understand anything. I understand there is more of self learning needed than of KT. They are telling if I work here full time after a year they will recommend me for interview packages of 1 lakh per month. I want to know whether the Oracle Fusion SCM has a growth in market for next 10 years. And if i work in this startup and do only documentation and not work on technical stuff will i be able to clear the interviews with high packages(1 lakh/month) Should i take a risk and join that startup and work for a year with same package. Or should i be current technology (database) and search jobs externally?. Any of your inputs is fine please help 🙏.

Hii, I'm a front-end developer having around 3 years of work experience. I got laid-off in 2023 just after 1.8years in an organisation. Then I joined another company and got laid off in 6 months. Now I have an offer from early stage startup but I'm too scared to accept it because of my experience. But on the other hand I don't have any offer as well. Will it look bad on my resume. I don't know... I've started thinking that something is wrong with me otherwise what is the chances of getting laid off twice within same year. First I loose my peace of mind because of work pressure and then I loose my work... pretty f**cked up situation. I have never been this unde confident. What do you think shall I take the offer from startup again or wait few more months or more to get into good mnc??

Hi Everyone, After Amazon 6 months Intern, Few months back I have joined another MNC, the company culture is quite good, they offer Work from Anywhere but I am not getting good quality of work. Mostly getting bug fixing or some small feature implementation. I feel like I am not learning anything new. Can you guys suggest me what should I do in this situation as a new grad. Also considering the current market situation.

I wanted to share my journey and seek advice on a concern I've been facing. After completing my undergraduate studies, I worked for two years before deciding to pursue a Master's in Advanced Computer Science in the UK, focusing on a thesis in Machine Learning as a part of course. This decision was driven by my passion for the field and a desire to advance my knowledge and skills.However, due to some family issues, I had to return to India after completing my master's. Since then, I've been working in one of the MNCs here again on developement with very less package 12.50LPA.My overall IT expereicne was 4+ in IT. Despite my efforts and the advanced degree I hold, I've noticed that my master's qualification hasn't been given much consideration; instead, my career growth seems to be solely based on my experience. I'm beginning to wonder if my decision to pursue a master's abroad has been more of a hindrance than a help in the Indian job market. I would appreciate insights from this community on a few points: -->Is a Master's degree valued differently in India compared to other countries? -->How can I better leverage my advanced degree to benefit my career here? -->Have others faced similar challenges, and how did you navigate them? -->Do we really need to have better network in India to go to big positions? I am passing out this year , I have a tcs offer(3.36 LPA) , whether I should join this or by looking at market conditions should I prepare for government exams( I am really tired by applying and not getting a response).
