Joining Google, Relocating to bangalore, What all things to keep in mind?

Hi all, Need advice. I am moving to Bangalore (electronic city) from Delhi. Tell me must haves for packing stuff and everything else, any do’s and don’t. I am curious to know all the little details that you can share w/ me. Thanks.

I have to relocate to Bangalore for job as a fresher (Office at Bellandur) by end of July. They're providing a 10 day accomodation and later I'll have to arrange a PG or apartment for myself. All suggestions regarding the property hunting, travel arrangements within the city, etc are needed and welcome. PS: Share your noteworthy experiences ;)

A few days ago I posted about the opportunity I was getting in Bengaluru and now got an offer letter. Thanks to everyone who helped. Now the shifting phase is on. As every city has its unsaid/unwritten rules, what are those for Bengaluru? Any tips to start a life there? PS: Shifting with a family which has 2 dogs❤️

I will be moving to Bangalore soon for job. This is my first time ever moving out. I am thinking of getting my self PG. Any suggestions what should I keep in mind while looking for one ? I mean in terms of Advance, Security, and should I choose PG or shared flat? I am completely new to this. Really hoping for some guidance.

Is it a good time for early in career(1.5 YoE) to join Google India. I am curious about their current culture like WFH policies, management outlook, direction of company, growth opportunity etc in Bangalore offices only. What can you tell as an insider to someone on the outside looking at Google for possible next switch. Also, are there opportunities to shift from Bangalore to other location outside India?

Hi Folks, My office is in Bellandur. I am planning to rent a 1bhk but the rates at Bellandur are absurd.(28k -30k) Any recommendations which area should I look for properties. Have heard a lot about Bangalore traffic and dont want to travel much.

I am planning to move Bangalore, HSR for work. What would you recommend as best way to find places to rent? I am trying NoBroker and magic bricks but unable to find decent places.

Hey folks, one good opportunity is approaching, but it requires me to move to Banglore. The current situation is not great I know and shifting to a different state is altogether hustle. The only good thing is the big package. Need neutral suggestions. Thanks in advance.
