Looking for a Mentor

I'm an SWE with roughly 2 years of experience. At this point I believe my rate of learning has been strongly attenuated due to the lack of a mentor. Senior SWE's in the industry, what should I do? I want to increase my exposure. Having said that I am also completely unaware of the paradigm of a mentor and mentee. So if anyone can throw some light on that, it'd be really helpful. All suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

I have been working for the past 7+ years in multiple domains and multiple technologies. My growth seems to be tapered off in the last 1.5-2 years. I'm looking for a mentor who has some good experience and can help me grow to the next level. I can pay if they need that and I respect that if they provide a good value. I have mentored multiple engineers over the past 7 years but they all have been juniors. I haven't been able to find people who are really good and have more experience than me. Hi , can folks here guide steps /suggest how to get SDE role at entry role . I regret giving 2 yrs a career for the civil services exam. I graduated with BTech in 2021 . If I had only sat for college placements at my Tier 1 college, I wouldn't have been living with regrets. I have been doing projects in the MERN stack . I also have skills like Postgresql, Trpc and am familiar with using ORMs and type validators like Zod . Since I had no previous experience at internship or full time , no companies are shortlisting my profile .
