HR projects not taking me as I do not have any experience in HR domain.what should I do?

Hello!

I'm working as a functional Consultant in Oracle SCM cloud for a year and half now. Already have worked in a role with good enough functional side in the project, was unbilled for quite a while and now I'm being offered testing roles :(

I have done my MBA and prior to that had manufacturing experience.

Is this kind of role, I should be accepting? I'm unsure if it will help in my career growth. Also, in fear that this testing role will set a bar for me in the organisation. Then again fearing that I'm unbilled.

Please guide me.

Hey Guys, I am working in TCS from last 3.7 years and now I am fed up with it.
I want to switch but I don’t know what I am doing here 🙂 I worked for IT support work Endpoint security compliance for 2 years then switched to ISM role for 11 months, no learning and now in the team where all the Physical(ODC) and logical resources(Proxy AD group, VPN access etc) are managed.
I want to move out but don’t know how can I find the job. Currently I am doing Google Data Analyst Certification but don’t know how I will switch, how I will show my experience etc

I am 24 grad ( btech ) . Joined a company as a intern in 4th year . 9 months they gave training as etl pipeline and sql ( not Interesting but not bad also ). So after internship , I got converted but I then transfered to qa team of a different project. They told That I need to do manual testing for 6 months. I asked the reason , they told that for now they couldn't get approval for a concrete role for me for data engineering. I feel like resigning but I don't have offer . What to do ?

Hi All, would love to hear your thoughts/ideas/strategies on how to switch from a Senior Customer Success Manager role to a Product/ Project Manager role. 
Brief background - Total Work-Ex 9 years (2.5 years in IT services pre MBA + 6.5 years in Sales/KAM/Customer Success post MBA). Currently I was working as an operational team lead in TCS of Grade BPO 3 and I have an experience of 4 years out of which 1 year as a team lead and the same continues in TCS. 

So now I have feed up with this BPO jobs and want to switch to IT. After a deep research I came to know Business Analyst is the best platform to switch to IT from BPO.

I am from Mechanical engineer background and want to settle as Business Analyst.

Kindly requesting anyone to guide me the path of switching from BPO to Business Analyst and what skills and courses I need to do now? Also suggest me do I required to do MBA if so what course I need to choose in MBA?

Guidance required to change my career.

I am deeply worried, to the extent of feeling depressed, about my career trajectory. I feel I made a mistake by switching tracks via doing an MBA with 10 yrs exp. I was a QA for a decade and tried a lot to break into PO roles( worked in a product based org on mobile apps for 6 years). It did not work and the director of PM advised me to do the one year fulltime MBA. Not sure why I gave in to his advice, but I gave GMAT and began with an 18 month Full time program at a Tier-1 Bschool. Cracked placement in the first go but got into IT services( not in WITCH), and now I am stuck being a PMO for a client.
Even when I look at my resume, I see a crappy profile, everything is disjointed and makes no sense now. No wonder I get no calls.
I don't want to go back to QA, this Project Management work is shitty( cannot see any learning happening, but the client is happy so I'm stuck in this project. )
I want to move to PM, thinking maybe CSPM can help, not sure where I am headed. 
Any guidance for this middle aged dinosaur 😞

I am thinking about changing my job from BDE to HR. 
And I am confused about searching for jobs. I also have plans to do a Data analytics course . 

1, Should I continue to do BDE? Does this field have growth ?
2, should I search for a HR job? Does this field have growth for males? 
3, should I go learn Data analytics course? Does this have any opportunity for working abroad?
