Spoke to a guy today, not even a techie but doing freelance projects, he has his own company and has people working for him part time. making atleast 2 crores a year with project. the times are crazy!!! top graduates are struggling for jobs. whereas part time opportunities are giving crazy rewards

Science skill kya hota hai ...for me if someone does data engineering and working on creating data pipelines that is a proper techie because he is dealing with servers

How much experience does the guy have? Did he get his initial clients through referrals?
I have tried tons of cold mail / LinkedIn. In my experience, reply rate is negligible unless referral happens. Or else, a large following on social media
He has a total of 5 years, he's like from an absolutely non tech stream. Not talking about non core, it's non engineering, non science. He registered his company a year ago
