I was into application management and support the last four years. Through Infosys Bridge Program, I’m currently being trained on ServiceNow. Completed CSA, ITSM and CAD certifications. But I only know CSA fundamentals.
Should I stay and work in a project (ServiceNow) and then put my papers down - and go out as a ServiceNow Consultant? What are my options really? I want to double my present salary!

Hi I’m currently working support role with 2 years experience but now I have started to transition my carrier into devops role so as of now currently my devops learning’s are going on but I’m not sure how where will get this job role cuz of I’m lacking so information like how are expecting an employee to be to entry devops roles like what are areas I need to be strong where and does mandatory any certifications I required for this role. So this week i gave 3 rounds of interview with servicenow. My first round feedback was okish and the 2nd and 3rd round feedback was good as per the HR. He has told me about some de-briefing process that happens and my profile is in priority-2. He has informed me that if anything to happen it would take 2 weeks. Its a 50-50 chance. I needed some inputs from grapeviners here. Anyone else too has faced ServiceNow interviews and been through the same thing. If so please let me know what happened at the end were you selected or rejected.

I am planning to switch to a Business analyst role but am unaware of what all to prepare for. I am starting my preparation again next week. Any suggestions on what certifications or skills should be added would be really appreciated.
