Need help w negotiation
So I have been working at a company for close to a year now, appraisal is due in june. I work as chief of staff in the founder’s office in a profitable startup. I am an individual contributor that does program management, business dev at times, business planning and strategy, corp dev and investor relations. Love the work I get to do here and we’re doing well as a business. Im hold a mba from top 3 IIMs and have contributed very well to the company with the almost 4 years exp in fintech before joining here, Im expecting a raise but I dont know what’s the indutry standard for such a role. Can someone pls help?
I don’t think there’s standard formula for raise and joining compensation, hikes at the time of joining. You can start with 25% and see where you find a sweet spot with team manager.
My assumption here is you are a star-performer with visibility across the functions.
