Need some real learning experience.

Been in a project for almost 3 year, not even actual learning role - kind of ETL operations support and BI Analyst combine, learning side by side but companies asking for hands on or project learnings and want immediate joiners (my notice period 3 months) Trying to change my job, for 2 year but not getting any luck. Don’t need much raise, just a decent learning opportunity anywhere.
