Not sure about next steps

Hey there I am a 2021 graduate. Have worked for 1 year in an ed-tech giant and another year at a startup. Had a brilliant time in startup, learnt a lot and enjoyed every bit of it until couple of months back, when there were layoffs and some part of the team was asked to leave. Now I don't enjoy working here because of high amount of work, no wlb and no people to chill with and planning to switch. But with current market scenarios not sure if that's the right choice. I am also thinking to do an MBA next year probably from tier 1 tier 2 colleges. What according to you would be the best path or what you'd have chosen to do here?

Take 2-3 YOE more and then think to do an MBA. It would be more fruitful.

Try to switch right now. Best time while you are having a job. Less pressure on you.

All the best!!

Won't it be too late doing an MBA after 4 YoE

Nope. In Abroad, majority of universities ask for min 5+ years of experience.
