I recently got an offer from rqzorpay for SSE role. I have few questions rgarding same. 1. How is the work culture there? 2. Any internal politics issues? 3. How the company's long term stability in terms of how well it will do? 4. What is ballpark hike for same role. 5. What should be fix ctc for this role?

Got a verbal offer from Razorpay for SE-1 position in the Pricing Engine Team HR is bent on only giving 30-40pc hike on prev salary TC - 12 Fixed, 17 CTC YOE - 2 How's the culture, WLB, perks, hikes for this team? And how much is the salary band for SE-1 @razorpay #razorpay

I received 2 offers recently, for context I'm graduating this year- 1 - a PPO for an early stage startup I have been interning for. TC - 10 base + share of revenue generated. Essentially it is a founders office role, but will be closing sales too. Good culture, profitable. 2- Browserstack for SDET role, TC - 11 base + 5 performance pay+bonus. Conflict is - should I choose the startup due to its potential high returns and my preference for the founders office role or BS for stable income and brand value ?

What's the salary range for sde2 or pde2 which is product development engineer 2?

I’m a PM with 2yoe Current CTC: 21LPA (plus 10 stocks, vesting schedule 4y) InMobi: 28LPA (26.5 base + 1.5 in other compensations, stock match with similar vesting) Razorpay: 30 LPA (2l perf bonus and stock match) I’ve heard InMobi has a better culture over Razorpay. Any thoughts?

I am a 2023 cse grad ,i have 2 offers ,which one should I join 1) tredence analytics, associate data scientist CTC:12l Base :7.44,var:56k, joining bonus given after 1year :2l, performance bonus:2l given after 1.5years 2)Tejas networks:R&D sde CTC:10l Base:9.7l ,var:30k I am open to both development and data roles, whichever offers more growth and opportunities in future as both the the packages are similar with minute differences

I have 2 offers for an SDE-1 position and I'm not able to choose between them. Offer 1: Pros: Large product based US company. Work is tech stack agnostic which I was looking for since I wanted to move out of my current stack. I've heard it's chill. Cons: Salary is lower than what was discussed initially. After I cleared all interviews, I didn't have a proper discussion about salary from the HR which kind of seems like a red flag. Offer 2: Pros: 15% higher salary. People were more friendly and more open to questions and discussions, I feel they treated me with more respect. I could have a greater learning opportunity there maybe. Cons: STARTUP. Tech stack is similar to the one I'm currently using and it's not the best choice for scalable and maintainable services. More hectic. More stress. More responsibilities. They haven't raised a lot of funding so I'm a bit unsure about my future there. Any opinion on what I should go with?
