Office timings

My manager has been pushing me to reach office by 10 am. i currently reach office at around 11 and leave before 7 pm. What are the usual office timings among tech teams in startups ?

Timings shouldn't be important as long as your work is not getting affected.

There’s no specific timings for anyone. It varies from project to project. If he’s asking to come by 10, come by 10 and leave an hour early

How many hours do you actually work per day?

For me 5 - I start by 11 and end by 7 but take an hour lunch break, 4-5 tea/coffee breaks and some gossips - I tracked one day and it was 5.2 hrs.

Rule of thumb If you get work thoughts outside 9-6 or weekends, it's not WLB.
