Why do they behave like when they were in junior positions they never faulted or did all the work within working hours. As if they were so perfect that there could be 0 faults against them.
What has hardwork got to do with it? Hardworking doesn't equal not making mistakes or faulting out.

No one at any level has any clue on what works and what doesn't. The ones who can cover their asses and project productivity move up the ladder and prey on those who couldn't.
