Hi,
One of my friends posted a job in our batch group but posted that 'this might be suitable for junior folks as salary is low'. Out of curiosity, I asked the salary in DM and the salary was more than what I was earning. So this puts me in a self degrading situation and hence I want to know the salary of fellow 2017 MBA grads.
Please mention the college name if possible.

No hate but this is one of the worst things to do for one's mental peace, so many people will have FOMO because of this, including you.  
  
 I know people who stopped participating on Fishbowl because of this, with techies always asking about salaries, investments and what not. 
  
 If your salary is good enough for you, why worry about what others are earning, buddy.  
  
 I once heard a school senior speak on the topic "Why is his shirt whiter than mine?" for an extempore speech and I can't help but recall what they said - Be it anywhere, someone's shirt will always be whiter than yours. The question is, if your shirt is reasonably white and you and those close to you appreciate you while wearing it, does it matter what others are wearing?

2) Experience - 2 Years and 9 months. 
3) Worked at my first company for 2 Years then switched to another org for 50% Hike in last November.
4) Next Week Joining a New Org at 16,00,000 LPA (15.2L Fixed, rest Variable)

I have no recruiting experience and my MBA is from Christ University.

I am currently working as an APM at a start up (Series B) with 4 YOE (2.5 years into product) and Masters level qualification (not MBA). 

My current CTC is 14.65 (13.65 + 1). Don’t think it’s fair as per market standards. Any comments?

As a business graduate, it's often humbling to see the tech salaries based on my YOE (4-7 bracket) with the people at the top end earning 50-60+ lpa. (Fixed)

Assuming i want to optimise for Money - What can I do as a business graduate to do well similar to tech folks?

Started working in 2017 (Graduation: Tier 2 College)  in hand salary: 28K per Month. Worked for 2.5yrs, had big dreams, didn’t knew what to do, how do I 10x my salary, saw my manager 40yrs old earning 25LPA in the same company. Realised I don’t want to do this for the next 20yrs and the reach at 25LPA. Started preparing for UPSC (wanted to make it big) realised within 6 months, this is not my cup of tea, appeared for MBA entrance, cleared the exam joined Tier 1 MBA, post MBA: 25LPA + XX Esops in next two years at 1.2Cr CTC inc ESOPs.

I've been with the same firm after one switch post MBA from a Tier 1 B School. Completed almost 5 years with the firm. Just wanted to benchmark what the salaries are like after 5 years of work ex. 
It started with 17 fixed and now get almost double of it fixed. How's the salary for other folks in Marketing/Sales?
I know Fin and Consulting may make higher than this. What should I ask for if I plan to switch now?
