Good progress, what's your academic background and what tech stack?
I'm a college dropout, and have done various stacks, iOS, Android, Web (React + Angular) and have also worked on an internal language and its interpreter.

Find a college where you just have to show up for exams and get a degree brother. Brotherly advice. I know its just a piece of paper but so is a DL license. You will figure the life out like you always have. I can tell some colleges in north( Raj,HR,PB) ...Just 10k fee annually and in three years you are BCA/bcom/ba grad for 30k.

Can you give us a career break down? On which industry you worked it and the type of company you worked in?
3.8 LPA to 15 LPA in 2.4 years. Switched from manual testing to Full stack development.
Bro how did you that , I have also started as QA in a startup 7L Currently '23 Grad 6 months experience, I want to shift to Dev how do I do that ? , what stack did you choose
I learnt Java + React tech stack whenever I get some time in my previous company. Later, I updated my profile on naukri and LinkedIn as a full stack developer. Got few calls and selected in 1 company. Personal projects are mandatory to do which helps a lot in interviews.
