Ye thoda lag hai. - asking for start / current data. Plotting ramps. So people can feel terrible about being behind the curve. Maybe OP @UneducatedCoder should also ask about job changes in the journey, then inflection points can be captured.

8000 per month to 60+ lpa in 8 yrs The road was not smooth though, as i am not a heavy switcher. 2+ yrs in each company avg. Parallel stream of income helped in diversifying and keeping the income steady.

Current CTC is 25lpa. 6yrs of experience started as data analyst then as business Analyst. Have been working as machine learning engg for past 2 years in series c funded product based company. Hey, I am SDE with 2YOE getting 10LPA. Here I could see many folks posting their CCTC as 30LPA, 35LPA or even beyond for 2-3years exp. How is it possible? What you guys work with? How many of you guys have such high CTCs? Plz share your journey so i can pick up good stuff from it. Thank you

Is Upstox running out of funds?

Cleared all the rounds and even sent the HR the documents they asked for. They also said I would have to relocate to Mumbai. However it's been more than a week and they haven't rolled out an offer letter. HR said that since they invested so heavily in IPL, they are trying to reassess their budget for this quarter, that's why it's taking so long. Should I be worried? I have a feeling that I even if I get an offer they might try to lowball me/lay off later.
