Figure out how much your peers with similar YOE and similar stage of company (seed funded, Series C etc) are making. Ask HR in that range

Tbh 6 months is too soon to ask for an increment (unless you’re grossly underpaid for your amount of work ex). As with most things in life, the answer is “It depends”  
  
 Follow the guidelines above and you should be able to figure it out yourself

I have cleared technical rounds at Publicis Sapient for Lead Frontend Engineer (Frontend React) and have salary discussion round tomorrow. I would like to know a decent ask for the same. I started at a pre-rev startup for 10K per month internship as an app developer when I was in my 7th semester of engineering. By the 8th semester, i became a full time employee for 6LPA. That was about 12 months ago. I have great rapport with my CTO and CEO. I received an offer for 8LPA from a well known company, my current employer matched it. I received a counter offer for 11 LPA (10+1). Even though I like the people i don't feel overly optimistic about this given the market circumstances. Should I make the switch? Really very confused.

I have 6+ years of experience working as Senior Software Engineer on Javascript Stack (React on Frontend and Node..js  on backend)
My current TC is 22 Lpa 
I have not tried hardcore problem solving on leetcode but instead would like to use that time to sharpen my skillset on learning new frameworks and best practices. Should I try to jump as Senior Ui engineer in product based mnc’s as I have also seem senior leadership positions  in UI on linked in with basic problem solving and would like to see if there is drawback in just going as ui vs backend and also what should be the positions and salary which I can expect in that experience.

I am currently working at a product based startup as a full stack developer (Spring Boot + React Native). The product is pretty big and there are only 2 developers (A react native developer and me).
It's my first job. I have been working as a full time employee for 1 year and 3 months, and was a part time backend developer intern at the same company for 8 months.
I have to work for 6 days a week (9 hrs / day including breaks) and now they are asking me to do overtime without any added advantages.
I am working on 4 different projects in parallel (The main product (React Native), Internal App (React Native), REST API Backend (Spring Boot) and The main website (React JS) and a new website is in discussion for internal purposes) and also handling Docker containers and AWS deployment.
I am getting paid INR 3LPA
Is this normal?  I am getting a feeling that I am under paid too.
 I do have 3 backlogs to clear (BTech CS). Should I look for a new job or stay at the same company?

Confused about the work environment

I myself am a Software dev with more than ten years of exp. 

I mentored a bunch of folks and was active in lot pf communities. I have been noticing this trend for more than couple of years about how freshers and developers with experience of less than two three years are aggressively looking to switch companies to target 30L or 50L or whatever they are currently looking for. 
But I feel this is really bad for future in terms of career growth. I am not against looking for the best offer, but I feel people recently don’t have any priority for career growth. 

I am trying to understand their perspective. I am not jealous of any of these. Heck I prefer that they get more, so that they have to increase my pay to keep up with current trends. It’s just when people ask me for career guidance I don’t want to sound like a jerk to prioritise good work over good pay. 

Can you guys share your inputs/perspectives?
