Say no to EY
Lets start a chain, Anyone looking for a job chain and not going to join EY for any reason, make sure whenever you receive a job opportunity call from EY for any openings, make sure to tell HR that you are not willing to join because of the work culture you heard after Anna’s case happened.
Lets unite and call it out loud. Together we can make a change
Lets unite and call it out loud. Together we can make a change
Well, in that case, say no to politics, police, large business houses, factories with no proper working hours. Come out of this hypothetical shell, what happened with that person was really tragic but people are still gonna apply because they have to feed their families. This cancel culture will take down the whole earth someday.
As i said in post, "Incase you are not going to join". I know there are people who are gonna apply because they have mouth to feed and ambitions to live which needs money. These may apply to various other business but i dont work there and unless I have not been part of that work culture in that industry I cant comment. But yes go ahead and apply to it. I dont think cancel culture will take down the earth unless you are applying it correctly. What happened to Anna, must have happened to many and it anyways taking down earth gradually.
Not only EY work pressure will be same everywhere and Infosys chairman told to work for 70 hrs that time no one highlighted that
