Service now salary

How are stock refresher assigned in @servicenow? Like my present grant is of 40k usd for 4 years how much can i expect in next year hike? What is the average hike percentages here? Is it easy to transfer between teams like from QE to SWE?

I am a fresher software engineer. I was an intern at a series A startup and they have offered me a pre-placement offer. This is the breakup(Yearly): Basic - 6L HRA - 2.4L Special allowance - 1.9L Food allowance - 26.4K Professional pursuit - 60K Internet - 12K Half yearly bonus - 50K PF contribution - 2K Total CTC - 12.5L Apart from this, I've also been allocated 1000 ESOPs Is there any scope of negotiation here? If yes, how do I go about it? Any advice/guidance would be very helpful!

Recently I gave an interview for an sr software quality engineer. What should I ask for CTC wise not sure how much my ask should be. Round 1: selected Round 2: selected Round 3: With Hiring Manager selected HR negotiation: that's what is left. ________ I also gave an interview for serviceNow. For IC2 | SQA Round 1: Selected. Round 2: it's Tomorrow. I'm positive I can clear this as well. Any suggestions/advice about what my pay should look like is welcome. Also additionally any tips on the types of questions asked in round 2 of serviceNow are welcome. Thanks guys!

Dear experts, May I please know the salary bracket for a senior manager in EY or PWC? I have been offered as below. Need expert advice in choosing the offers. EY - 37 lakhs fixed + 3.7 lakhs joining bonus + 5 lakhs bonus it’s more like variable pay PWC - 40 lakhs fixed + 2 lakhs joining bonus + 10% bonus Designation- Senior manager YOE - 13

No campus placement Year 1 - 2.75 lpa service based mnc Associate Software Engineer Year 2- 3.75 lpa salary normalisation and role changed to PMO Year 2.5- 5.5 lpa joined another service based company Year 3 - 6 lpa joined startup as Edtech program manager Year 4- 8 lpa with hike same role Year 6- 11 lpa promotion senior program manager Year 7- 16lpa joined another start up as tech program manager/scrum master Year 7.5- put down paper got retained didn’t match salary but promotion and hike 22lpa role changed to Product manager Year 8- 30lpa product manager another start up From Associate Software engineer to PMO to Program manager/Scrum Master to Product Manager Starting salary 2016- 2.75lpa Current salary 2024- 30lpa ( have two offers might get better offer than this) Note- number is only fixed component of salary Advice- Take risk and it doesn’t matter what role you are in whether you are a developer , QA, sales person, marketing or CS just be good in whatever role you do, work hard and show your work be visible and be very very good at communication!

What kinds of salary increments are expected during an APR (with/without promotion) if one’s base salary is 18LPA? I want to gather a general understanding of how increments work in big tech companies and unicorn startups.
