1. Hire engineers in the 4th semester from tier 2 colleges. 2. Train them for 6 months in software development by inducing a full time position with an attractive salary once after a full time conversation. Training is Most probably self learning . 3. Pay peanuts during training time as low as 5000 rs per month. Till he completes the college degree i e 15 months after employment. 4. after 6 months of training search leads by inflating the experience of their profile in Indian software companies. And bill them with 50x of what they are getting as a stipend. 5. Earn fat and easy once the person graduates the college lays them off stating the economic situation . 6. Then repeat the same process again with another set of college students. 7. Now laid off graduates are in a position where they can't even show the experience which they gained during their work since it is not done in a full time role. No experience certificate from the employer. 8. Then goes back to a job search as a fresher
